It's A Beneficary Right!

One of the best kept secrets in Medicaid transportation is the fact that all medicaid beneficaries in New York State have a right to choose their transportation provider. 

If you need transportation in Oneida or Madison counties and you desire to travel with a particular company, you have a right to request that company and receive transportation from that company if they are available.

Exercise your "Freedom of Choice" in selecting your transportation company.
